ITVA Talent does not publish a rate card. Direct Sourcing is a one time placement fee scaled to the seniority of the role. The All Inclusive Solution and Employer of Record are fixed monthly fees. Exact figures depend on the role and are provided in your discovery call.

The seniority and scarcity of the role and the market it sits in. A senior or specialised hire takes more sourcing and assessment than a high volume role, and the one time fee reflects that.
Subject to the terms of your agreement, if a placed candidate leaves or is let go for underperformance within the replacement window, we source a replacement for the same role.
Direct Sourcing is a single placement fee with no separate setup cost. For the All Inclusive Solution and Employer of Record, any onboarding or setup is confirmed in writing before you commit, so there are no surprises on the first invoice.
The monthly fee is one predictable line item covering your team member's pay band, Philippine statutory benefits and required local bonuses, plus our management of payroll, contributions and compliance. It excludes optional extras such as equipment or software you ask us to provide, and, where we also recruited the person, any one time placement work quoted separately.
