Where the employment sits

Under the All Inclusive Solution, ITVA is the legal employer in the Philippines. That removes misclassification risk and the need for your own Philippine entity. You keep full control of the work; we carry the employment obligations. If you would rather employ the person yourself, choose Direct Sourcing.

Who is the legal employer under the All Inclusive Solution?

ITVA is, in the Philippines. Your team member is employed through our Philippine entity, and we hold the employment contract, run payroll and manage every statutory obligation.

Does this remove misclassification and compliance risk?

Yes. Because ITVA is the legal employer rather than treating the person as a contractor, the payroll, tax, statutory contribution and local labour obligations sit with us, not with you.

Do I still choose who gets hired?

Yes. Recruitment is included: you approve the job description, interview the shortlist and make the final decision. We then employ the person you choose.

How is this different from Direct Sourcing?

Direct Sourcing is recruitment only, and you become the employer once the candidate accepts. The All Inclusive Solution bundles that same recruitment with ITVA employing the person in the Philippines, for one fixed monthly fee.

What does the monthly fee include and exclude?

It covers the pay band, Philippine statutory benefits, required local bonuses, and our management of payroll, contributions and compliance. It excludes optional extras such as equipment or software you ask us to provide, and any one time placement work quoted separately. Your discovery call sets out exactly what is in and out for your role.
