Key Responsibilities
• Develop: Design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma.
• Optimize & Test: Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.
• Collaborate: Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
• Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.

This role is well-suited to an ambitious PAM professional ready to take a senior position, lead impactful delivery engagements, and contribute to a growing practice within a globally respected consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and configure PAM solutions that best address their needs
Lead PAM project strategy and execution, acting as the functional technical leader throughout implementation
Collaborate with client IT, cybersecurity, and other departments to integrate PAM solutions with existing systems and workflows
Implement, deploy, configure, migrate, and upgrade PAM solutions, including managed service delivery
Establish PAM security strategies covering provisioning, password management, access policies, SSH key management, API key management, and reporting
Design, configure, and maintain PAM solutions for both Linux and Windows environments
Assist clients in incident response activities related to privileged account breaches or misuse
Provide expert guidance and training on PAM best practices and security awareness
Evaluate and monitor project efforts, timelines, and task management
Mentor and coach junior engineers within the team
Participate in pre-sales activities including requirements gathering, RFI/RFP responses, demos, and proposals
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives where appropriate
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience as a PAM Consultant or Engineer
Proven background delivering solutions with major PAM vendors, specifically BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or Delinea
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale PAM solutions
Hands-on experience with password safe tools such as BeyondTrust Password Safe or equivalent, across Windows and Linux environments
Experience with databases, LDAP, directory services, application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle as it relates to privileged accounts
Advanced troubleshooting and configuration skills across Privileged Applications, Privileged ID Management, and API integrations
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Advantageous but not essential
Experience with complementary technologies such as SailPoint, Micro Focus, or Ping Identity
Knowledge of SAP integrations
Working knowledge of IDM/IGA, SSO, and MFA
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or ITIL
Product certifications from BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or Delinea
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, or GDPR
Experience in a Big-4 or professional services consulting environment
