Manage resources, schedules, and financials across IAM delivery engagements, adhering to stage gate quality controls and SDLC guidelines throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee the management of issues, risks, and change requests to ensure successful, on-time project delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on service delivery matters, escalations, and issue resolution
Monitor client accounts for changes in usage, personnel, goals, and financial conditions that may influence client satisfaction or ongoing engagement
Ensure services are delivered, implemented correctly, and billed accurately and on time
Manage delivery with a clear focus on profitability, productivity, and client satisfaction
Develop and maintain strategies and plans for growing the managed service provision within the IAM practice
Create and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs to integrate services effectively with client environments
Manage SLAs, response times, targets, and reporting across multiple client accounts
Support clients post-implementation through user testing, debugging, ongoing support, and maintenance
Communicate product and implementation details to clients and partners at the appropriate technical or functional level
Develop and deliver technical training to enable and educate client stakeholders
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance the overall quality of project delivery
8+ years of experience managing a managed service or support function
Demonstrated ability to manage onshore and offshore operations teams of 30 or more people
Familiarity with IAM/PAM tools including SailPoint, CyberArk, and Micro Focus
Proven experience delivering services to large global clients, including organisations of FTSE 250 scale or equivalent
Strong project management and delivery experience, including project planning, stakeholder management, scope and schedule management, and quality assurance
Ability to develop, maintain, and execute a growth strategy for managed service provision
Experience creating policies, procedures, and SOPs for integration with enterprise client environments
Detailed understanding of business processes and their contribution to enterprise risk
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
