• Develop: Design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma.
• Optimize & Test: Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.
• Collaborate: Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
• Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.

The role is central to ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability across the organisation, while driving improvements and maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory and information security standards.
This role is ideally suited to a hands-on IT professional with a global mindset, strong compliance awareness, and the leadership capability to manage both the strategic and operational dimensions of IT within a fast-paced, internationally operating consultancy.
Lead and execute day-to-day IT operations including systems administration, service desk oversight, hardware and software lifecycle management, and user support across multiple geographies
Own and manage the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) process across systems and landscapes
Handle incident management, ensuring incidents are logged within internal IT ticketing systems and reflected in operational reporting
Implement, upgrade, and integrate internal IT platforms including collaboration tools, enterprise applications, and cloud services, with hands-on involvement in configuration and rollout
Manage IT administration tasks including asset management, licence management, and vendor coordination
Monitor system health, backups, and data security to ensure organisational resilience
Identify and lead automation opportunities and enhanced use of MS365 functionality to optimise IT administration
Drive security awareness through training sessions and phishing simulations
Maintain and update documentation for global IT policies and procedures in alignment with CISO guidance
Continuously improve IT policies and procedures to reflect changing regulatory requirements, ISO 27001 standards, and evolving business needs
Design and implement automated workflows to streamline internal IT processes
Monitor compliance with information security policies including GDPR, and report findings to senior management
Conduct annual audits of processes and systems to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Lead the development and enhancement of the organisation's Knowledge Management system
Deliver training and guidance to staff on IT systems, processes, and compliance requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for external IT and security vendors, including supplier due diligence
5–10 years of experience in IT operations, support, infrastructure, or related functions
Strong knowledge of IT systems administration, data security, and compliance requirements
Proven experience developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and data protection regulations such as GDPR
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Proactive, independent, and highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Demonstrated ability to work across cultures, time zones, and regulatory environments
Comfortable working in small teams with a hands-on, outcome-focused approach
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
