Key Responsibilities

Develop: Design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma.

Optimize & Test: Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.

Collaborate: Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.

Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.

This role is well-suited to an ambitious IAM professional with a solid SailPoint foundation, looking to deepen their expertise and contribute to enterprise-scale identity programmes in a dynamic, global consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to deliver large-scale, complex IAM implementations across Waterfall, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies

  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and configure solutions tailored to their needs

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement IAM solution sets, predominantly using SailPoint IIQ/IDN

  • Support clients and senior stakeholders in defining IAM strategies, business cases, and RFP responses

  • Advise clients on IAM controls in relation to regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and PSD2

  • Assist in providing support services to existing Managed Service clients where appropriate

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and third-party partners

  • Provide SME guidance and knowledge transfer to junior team members

  • Contribute to internal R&D projects, pre-sales activities, and thought leadership initiatives

  • Produce high-quality written reports and client-facing deliverables

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as an IAM consultant with a proven project delivery track record

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ/IDN

  • Solid knowledge of IAM domains including IGA and IDM, with working knowledge of SSO/MFA, PAM, and CIAM

  • Understanding of business processes, enterprise risk, and IAM control principles (e.g., JML, RBAC, Access Review, Adaptive Risk)

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, and GDPR

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively, working both independently and as part of a team

  • Experience across the full SDLC: Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Documentation

Advantageous but not essential

  • Experience with Okta, CyberArk, SAP IDM, ServiceNow, Micro Focus, or Thycotic

  • Knowledge of SailPoint integrations with SAP, HYPR, Okta, CyberArk, or ServiceNow

  • Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, BeanShell, or similar languages

  • Familiarity with LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Active Directory, FIDO, or SQL/JDBC

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or ITIL

    SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk product certifications

  • Architecture experience or certification such as TOGAF

  • Familiarity with project methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile

  • Experience in a Big-4 or professional services consulting environment
