The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Global Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts. Working closely with local finance teams across multiple regions, the role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of financial records and supporting the broader finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Develop: Design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma.

Optimize & Test: Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.

Collaborate: Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.

Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the Accounts Payable process across global entities, with a primary focus on the UK and USA

  • Perform month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

  • Prepare and deliver financial reports including aged payables and receivables reports

  • Partner with local finance teams to support the Accounts Receivable process across regions

  • Support the wider finance team with expenses management and review

  • Manage the finance system, ensuring all data is accurate, up to date, and reliable

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and a right-first-time approach

  • Strong numeracy skills with confidence in working with financial data and statistics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
