A leading independent risk and security consultancy with a global presence across Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America is seeking an accomplished Senior IAM Consultant to join its expanding Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned SailPoint professional to take on a senior delivery role, working alongside a high-calibre team on complex, enterprise-scale identity programmes for global clients.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be a key member of a specialist IAM delivery team, bringing strong technical expertise and sound business acumen to the design and implementation of identity solutions. With a core focus on SailPoint IIQ/IDN, the role suits a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who is equally comfortable working at a strategic level and rolling up their sleeves to deliver technically robust solutions.

This role is ideally suited to a confident and experienced IAM professional with a strong SailPoint background, ready to step into a senior position and make a tangible impact on enterprise identity programmes within a globally respected consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the delivery of large-scale, complex IAM implementations across Waterfall, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and configure solutions that best address their needs
Design, develop, configure, and implement IAM solution sets, predominantly using SailPoint IIQ/IDN
Work with clients and senior stakeholders to define IAM strategies, develop business cases, and provide RFP support
Advise clients on IAM controls relating to regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and PSD2
Review and advise on security design and remediation projects
Assist in delivering support services to existing Managed Service clients where appropriate
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and third-party partners including SailPoint, SAP, and ServiceNow
Provide SME guidance and knowledge transfer to junior team members
Contribute to internal R&D projects, pre-sales activities, and thought leadership initiatives
Produce high-quality written reports and client-facing deliverables
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience as an IAM consultant with a proven project delivery track record
5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ/IDN
Strong knowledge of IAM domains including IGA and IDM, with solid working knowledge of SSO/MFA, PAM, and CIAM
Detailed understanding of business processes, enterprise risk, and IAM control principles (e.g., JML, RBAC, Access Review, Adaptive Risk)
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, and GDPR
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage time and priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a team
Experience across the full SDLC: Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Documentation
Advantageous but not essential
Experience with Okta, CyberArk, SAP IDM, ServiceNow, Micro Focus, or Thycotic
Knowledge of SailPoint integrations with SAP, HYPR, Okta, CyberArk, or ServiceNow
Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, BeanShell, or similar languages
Familiarity with LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Active Directory, FIDO, or SQL/JDBC
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or ITIL
SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk product certifications
Architecture experience or certification such as TOGAF
Familiarity with project methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile
Experience in a Big-4 or professional services consulting environment
